An intermittent problem doesn't happen when their truck arrives so a second $179 and still no solution, but it was not PDQs fault my door was working. Still, that $179 to literally do nothing included $25 for shop supplies and disposal.

Excellent experience and great service, garage door wasn’t working. Contacted Overhead door company initially, followed up twice with them, since they did the install, waited over a week, and then reached out to PDQ. PDQ, when I first called, setup a day to come diagnose the issue, showed up early. Logic board had died, it was ordered, and less than a week later the part arrived and Josh with PDQ door was on sight first thing in the AM to repair the door. Will use PDQ for all my door needs going forward!
We have always had very good experiences with PDQ Door. The most recent experience was exceptional. Door spring broke. Called mid morning. They were out before the end of the day, fixed it very quickly at reasonable price. Excellent customer service.
Josh was there at time we were told , he was polite and knowledgeable. He went right to work and when finished he went over everything that was done.
Very nice repairman, fixed the problem with the door. Price maybe high like everything else.
A phone call late Saturday and we had a technician here first thing Monday morning! Great service, can’t say enough good things about PDQ. They have installed and serviced all four of our doors.

Very responsive staff both at the office and in the field. Service top-notch and personable. And my garage doors and door openers which they installed 20 years ago are still functioning as they should. Highly recommend this company!
Had the easiest time calling, scheduling and receiving prompt repair service. Everyone that i dealt with both on the phone and in person couldn't have possibly been any more courteous, informative and efficient. Cost was definitely reasonable these days too, can't recommend PDQ enough!
